Between May 30 and June 3, 2022, the National Integrity Authority issued three acts of finding establishing conflicts of interest admitted by a former director of a public institution, a mayor and a local councilor. Another act of finding established the violation of the legal regime of declaration of assets and personal interests by a judge.

Two controls on conflicts of interest were initiated against a mayor and a local councilor. A minute was drawn up regarding the contravention for not declaring the conflict of interests by a mayor, being fined 6000 lei.

Seven subjects of the declaration declared conflicts of interest in time. All conflicts of interest have been resolved. The legal department participated in 14 court hearings.

ANI representatives provided 39 consultations in the field of activity, including 25 telephone consultations at the Institutional Information Line. 6 Certificates of Integrity have been issued.
