Between January 11 and 15, 2020, the ANI Integrity Inspectorate established a violation of the legal regime of declaration of assets by a prosecutor from Chisinau. His name will be found in the statement, which will soon be published on the ANI website.
Another violation was found in respect of a civil servant with special status within the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who admitted an incompatibility of office. Other 3 finding acts were issued on a municipal enterprise administrator from Bălți, a mayor from Cahul district and a local councilor from Leova district for the violation of legal regime of conflicts of interest.
Last week, the integrity inspectors initiated two controls for non-compliance with the legal regime of conflicts of interest by a head of department within the Agency for Intervention and Payments in Agriculture, and a local councilor from Causeni district.
At the same time, a protocol for contravention was drawn up on a police officer from the Dubasari Police Inspectorate for late submission of the declaration of assets and personal interests. And, on the name of a mayor from Cahul district, a contravention case was filled for the fact that he did not declare and did not resolve a conflict of interests.
During the reference period, six mayors and a municipal councilor from the Chisinau Municipal Council declared conflicts of interest at ANI. These are the mayor of Băcioi, Chisinau Municipality, the mayor of Drăgușanii Noi, Hâncești district, the mayor of Văsieni, Telenești district, the mayor of Hăsnășeni, Drochia district, the mayor of Aluniș, Râșcani district and the mayor of Molovata, Dubăsari district. The mayors received from the integrity inspector several solutions for resolving the declared conflicts of interests, according to the ANI legislation.
ANI issued 23 Certificates of Integrity for the Superior Council of Prosecutors, the National Anticorruption Center, the Public Services Agency and the National Agency for Employment.
Through the "e-Integrity" system, 30 notifications were submitted for examination to the integrity inspectors.
