In the week of June 21-25, 2021, the National Integrity Authority (ANI) initiated another control procedure based on an ex-officio notification found on a journalistic investigation. The integrity inspectors analyzed the information described and initiated the control of the property of a prosecutor from the Prosecutor's Office for Combating Organized Crime and Special Cases. At the same time, there is a property control procedure on a judge from the Chisinau Court. The details about the two controls, ANI will deliver after their finality. A former secretary general of state was established with a conflict of interest after ANI; likewise, initiated a control procedure based on a journalistic investigation. The act with the established violation is to be published on the ANI website.

A councilor from the Cricova City Council, Chisinau Municipality and the director of a kindergarten in Falesti district are being checked for possible conflicts of interest. A contravention case was initiated on a mayor from the suburbs of Chisinau for violating the legal regime of conflicts of interest. And, the director of a public institution subordinated to the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research could be sanctioned for non-submission or late submission of the declaration of assets and personal interests. A contravention case was opened in his name. A violation of legal regime of incompatibility was found on a district councilor from the Falesti district council and at a local councilor from Basarabeasca district. 

A notary was fined for prevention of the activity of ANI. He refused to provide the information requested by the integrity inspector in a control procedure. A kindergarten director was also sanctioned for violating the legal regime of conflicts of interest. In total. The inspectors applied fines in the total amount of 9000 lei.
