Between April 12-16, 2021, the National Integrity Authority (ANI) initiated the assets control on an Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova in a European state. Three control procedures regarding possible conflicts of interest were initiated on a deputy head of the district and two mayors from Soroca and Fălești districts.

Two other mayors from Nisporeni and Riscani districts are checked for incompatibility of office. A finding of the violation was established on the name of a former prosecutor from Prosecutor's Office for Combating Organized Crime and Special Cases (PCCOCS) during a recently concluded assets check.

The Integrity Inspectorate of ANI applied fines in the total amount of 4500 lei for non-compliance with the rules of submitting declarations of assets and personal interests, of which 2250 lei were paid.

The mayor of Aluniș village from Rișcani district declared a new conflict of interests at ANI. According to the legal provisions, he received a solution from the integrity inspector to resolve the conflict situation.

Two certificates of integrity were issued at the request of the National Anticorruption Center and the State Labor Inspectorate.

Through the "e-Integrity" system, 13 notifications were distributed.
